My approach to leadership is grounded in curiosity, meaningful conversation and creating room for others to lead. Sometimes that means setting direction. Sometimes it means stepping back, removing barriers and trusting people to find a better way forward.
Innovation requires an environment where people can challenge assumptions, experiment thoughtfully, learn quickly when something doesn't work and apply those lessons to what comes next.
My experience spans business transformation, commercial and distribution strategy, organizational capability and executive leadership across insurance, financial services and the co-operative sector.
